I'm back!!!!

Hi Everybody!

I'm back to the salon, as a married woman, and also certified in microdermabrasion. :) Stay tuned...I'm hoping to eventually get my own microderm machine so I can start offering that service in addition to skin care.

My first day back at the salon was today, and our wedding was October 10th. We honeymooned in Key West, and I got to bring my shih tzu, Callie, with us. It was a great time. I'm still trying to get used to my new last name.....

We've done a few of the Coppola Keratin Straightening services recently at the salon. Each were a success. We've gotten a lot of feedback, and some people are overwhelmed by the price. The cost is definitely significant, but people love the results and the fact that it puts keratin back into the hair. Most don't know that it actually costs the salon almost TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS just to purchase the quantity of product needed for one client's hair, in addition to the products you take home for maintenance. One bottle of the straightener alone costs over three hundred dollars!!! So in light of that, we are charging competitively for the service. We also include the complimentary (but mandatory) follow up shampoo and blow dry 72 hours later. We've gotten rave reviews so far, so I hope it continues!
